  7. A physical or electronic signature of the complainant or authorized representative.

3. Our Process

  • We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
  • We perform initial review within 3 business days and may contact you for additional information.
  • If the complaint raises a credible question of infringement, we unlist (UNLISTED) the Creator Content first and notify the creator.
  • The creator may submit a counter-notice within 7 business days, including evidence of valid authorization.
  • If the dispute persists, we proceed under applicable safe-harbor rules and any judicial determination.

4. Counter-Notice (For Creators)

If you receive a takedown notice and believe it is mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice that includes at least:

  • Your full name, contact information, and account;
  • A description of the affected Creator Content and its location;
  • A factual basis for your claim of valid authorization or fair use, with supporting evidence;
  • A consent to the relevant jurisdiction.

5. Abuse of Process

Knowingly false complaints may incur damages under applicable law. We may impose restrictions on accounts that repeatedly file false complaints.
