• The Service provides Japanese language learning and practice functions in the form of typing/fill-in/dictation;
• We may continuously improve, update, or change functions, and adjust or suspend some services without violating the law;

• You should properly safeguard your account and password, and are responsible for all actions under your account;

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network anomalies, third-party service failures, or reasons not attributable to the Service;
• Examples, suggestions, and practice results are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice.

8. Payment and Refund (If Applicable)

If the Service includes paid items: prices are subject to website display; payment is processed through third-party payment; digital services already used generally do not support refunds; special circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Modification and Termination of Agreement

We may update this Agreement due to legal or business needs. Significant changes will be notified. You may stop using and apply for account cancellation at any time; continued use is deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement.
